Acceptance of Terms
LocalSideWork, LC offers a virtual platform through which people with valuable skills or services (referred to in this website as “Jobbers” or “Workers”) can exchange contact information with people in need of those skills or services (referred to in this website as “Employers”) that is subject to the following User Agreement (referred to in this document as “UA”). By using any and all of the services provided by LocalSideWork, LC you are agreeing to the UA. If you do not agree to abide by all of the guidelines, terms and conditions, and potential future changes of the UA set forth by the UA you must immediately discontinue using all services provided by LocalSideWork, LC.
Changes to the UA
The UA is subject to change at any time by LocalSideWork and those changes are effective immediately upon the posting of the most recent UA on LocalSideWork, LC. The UA posted on the LocalSideWork website, http://www.LocalSideWork.com, is the most up to date version of the UA and it is your responsibility to frequently review the UA on the website and comply it. If you do not agree to comply with any of the modifications made to the UA you must immediately discontinue using all services provided by LocalSideWork, LC.
User Content and Site Content
You understand that this website contains, transmits and e-mails text, images, links, profile information, ratings, and job postings (“Content”) that are originated from sources other than LocalSideWork, LC and that content is the responsibility of the source from which it originated. You are responsible for the content that you place on the LocalSideWork, LC website. LocalSideWork, LC does not guarantee or take responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, completeness or authenticity of any of the content originating from jobbers, employers or sources other then LocalSideWork, LC, including the jobber and employer ratings. LocalSideWork, LC is also not responsible liable for the content of other websites that are linked to the LocalSideWork, LC Website. You are responsible for evaluating the risks of associating with companies or people contacted through LocalSideWork, LC. When a Jobber and an Employer agree to access each others contact information that LocalSideWork, LC is responsible for providing each party with the information that they have provided to the website, however, LocalSideWork, LC is not responsible for the outcome of any actions or agreements made between the two parties before or after the contact information is transferred to the two parties. LocalSideWork is not responsible for any actions, damages, losses, lack of actions, and results of your interaction with any organization, person, or other third party found on or through the services provided by this website. LocalSideWork, LC is not responsible for or obligated to monitor or police the content posted by Jobbers and Employers, however, we reserve the right to remove, and refuse any content that as we see fit without requesting permission, providing prior or post notice, and without providing an explanation to the person or people responsible for posting the Content. LocalSideWork, LC is not obligated to take punitory action against a person or party using the services of the website (“user”) for violations of the UA or violations of a user’s rights by another user. LocalSideWork is not responsible for any actions, damages, losses, lack of actions, and loss of information resulting from the termination of your account with LocalSideWork, LC the deletion of the content you have provided to LocalSideWork, LC.
Privacy Policy
LocalSideWork, LC does not display, sell, or provide user contact information to any other person or corporation without your consent, provided you only enter in your contact information into specific areas of the website where it is requested. You are prohibited from entering contact information of any kind into areas of the website where your contact information is not requested, failure to meet this requirement can result in the deletion of that information or the termination of your account. LocalSideWork, LC does not store or save credit card information. LocalSideWork, LC reserves the right to provide any content from our website for the purposes of complying with the legal process.
Conduct
You agree to not to post content on this website that:
- infringes on the rights of any other person, is illegal, harmful, threatening, insulting, racist, lewd, sexual, bigoted, intimidates others, misleading, or harmful to minors
- discriminates, expresses hatred, disdain, or bigotry toward persons based on religion, race, gender, color, age, sexual orientation, or disability
- violates federal, state, or local equal employment opportunity laws which pertains to religion, color, race, sex, nationality, age, and disability
- misrepresents your identity
- is a link
- breaks the rules set forth in the UA
- provides contact information of any party other than yourself You also agree not to:
- use automated systems to gather data from the website
- download or steal any content from the website
- create more the 3 accounts on the website
- post the more than one of the same job request at a time
- attempt to hack into or implement the use of a virus or take malicious action against the website and LocalSideWork, LC.
Fees
LocalSideWork, LC reserves the right to withhold the exchange of contact information between jobbers and employers who consent to see each others contact information until the consenting jobber agrees to pay a fee that varies based on the category of work associated with the posted job of the consenting employer. The jobber reserves the right to decline payment with the understand that the contact information my be withheld from the consenting jobber and employer and the offer of contact information my be given to another jobber.
Legal Information
The UA that constitutes the agreement between you and LocalSideWork, LC is governed by the laws of Massachusetts and the courts within that state. You agree that regardless of any statute or law that states otherwise, any claim or cause of action taken against LocalSideWork, LC must be filed within 1 year after that claim or cause of action occurred.
Violations of Terms
If you violate the terms of use with the content that you post you agree to pay $1000.00 for every piece of content that violates the UA
